Job Description

SSP Pro Plast India is looking for a Sales Executive with relevant experience in the Rigid Plastic Packaging industry to drive business development, acquire new customers and manage existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the rigid plastic packaging segment.
- Generate leads, conduct customer visits and convert prospects into business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer packaging requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Handle quotations, negotiations, order follow-ups and sales closures.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch and Accounts teams for smooth execution of orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
- Travel for customer meetings, business development and market visits as required.

Candidate Requirements





- 2–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in Rigid Plastic Packaging or Plastic Manufacturing.
- Experience with PET, HDPE, PP bottles, containers, jars or other rigid plastic packaging products will be preferred.
- Experience dealing with customers in Pharma, FMCG, Food, Personal Care, Chemicals or other packaging-intensive industries will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Must be open to travel for customer visits and business development.
- Candidates with an existing customer network in the packaging industry will be preferred.
