Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build strong relationships with families to promote our school's offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist prospective students and their parents, providing detailed information about the school's programs, facilities, and admission requirements.

· Conduct school tours and presentations to showcase the school's strengths and unique features.

· Counsel students and parents on admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.

· Follow up with prospective applicants, ensuring timely completion of admission forms and documentation.

· Maintain and update the admission database and track prospective student leads.

· Organize and participate in school events, open days, and admission drives.

· Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.





· Achieve and exceed admission targets set by the management.

· Provide feedback and insights to improve the admission process and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field.

Prior experience in admission counseling or sales in the education sector is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.

Solid convincing and negotiation skills for conversion of leads

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
