Job Summary

We are hiring Tele Collections Executives to handle customer calls and follow up on overdue Personal Loan and Business Loan payments.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls
- Follow up with customers for pending EMI payments
- Discuss repayment options and resolve payment concerns
- Maintain customer records and payment commitments in CRM
- Coordinate with field and backend teams when required
- Handle customer queries and escalations professionally
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets

Requirements

- 6 months–2 years of experience in Tele Collections, Collections, or Customer Handling
- BFSI/NBFC experience preferred
- Graduation in any discipline
- Positive communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
- Age below 30 years

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
