Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven E-commerce Executive to take ownership of
our online sales operations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will bring at
least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing product listings, order flow, and
promotional campaigns within a D2C/B2C/B2B product environment. Proficiency in
Excel or Google Sheets is a must, along with a strong understanding of e-commerce workflows and marketplace dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, audit, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images,

pricing, and inventory on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.

- Collaborate with design, marketing, and warehouse teams to coordinate timely

updates on offers, discounts, and stock levels.

- Monitor daily order flow, ensure timely fulfillment, handle return/refund cycles,

and resolve customer service issues.

- Analyze sales and performance data using Excel/Google Sheets to generate





actionable insights and performance reports.

- Plan and execute online campaigns, offers, and promotions in coordination with

marketing.

- Handle backend e-commerce operations including stock reconciliation, invoicing,

and logistics coordination.

- Regularly research and benchmark against competitor listings and strategies.
- Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, policy updates, and new platform

features.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in e-commerce operations or

marketplace management.

- Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic

formulas).

- Solid understanding of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller

Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify).

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable working full-time from our office in Kirti Nagar, Delhi.
