Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, optimise, and scale paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn for Skysecure's priority solutions.

The role will focus on driving high-quality leads and measurable pipeline outcomes, with strong ownership of campaign strategy, targeting, budgets, tracking, creative testing, conversion optimisation, and attribution. The ideal candidate should combine strong platform expertise with an analytical and CRO mindset and be comfortable working closely with Content, Design, Video, Marketing Operations, and Sales teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and optimise Google, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns across Skysecure's priority solutions.
- Own targeting, account structure, budgets, bidding, tracking, creative testing, landing-page feedback, remarketing and conversion optimisation.
- Treat lead quality as a primary KPI: investigate junk/spam leads, audience mismatch, placements, form friction and sales feedback, then take corrective action.
- Build structured A/B tests across hooks, creatives, offers,



audiences, forms and landing pages.
- Partner with Content Strategy and Design/Video to translate positioning into high-performing creative variations.
- Build relevant email/LinkedIn outreach sequences for high-intent accounts and campaign audiences.
- Work with Marketing Operations to keep pixels, UTMs, conversion events, CRM attribution and dashboards accurate.
- Deliver a concise weekly review covering spend, CPL, qualified-lead rate, conversion, learnings, next tests and budget recommendation.

Skills & Capabilities

- Hands-on platform expertise, not only agency management.
- Strong analytical and CRO mindset.
- GA4/GTM/CRM attribution and dashboard comfort.
- Ability to improve ad copy and outreach hooks.
- B2B funnel and sales-feedback understanding.
- Uses AI for research, variation, analysis and workflow acceleration with human validation.
