Key Skills:

- Cosmetic & derma-cosmetic formulation knowledge
- Hands-on experience with creams, gels, serums, lotions, cleansers, sunscreens, etc.
- Knowledge of pH meter, viscometer, homogenizer & laboratory equipment
- Formulation trials, stability studies & product optimization
- R&D; documentation, reporting & GMP/GLP compliance
- Pilot batches, technology transfer & production troubleshooting
- Positive analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
- MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities:





- Lead and execute cosmetic/derma-cosmetic formulation development and trials.
- Manage R&D; documentation, stability studies and laboratory activities.
- Evaluate raw materials and optimize formulations.
- Coordinate with QA, Production, Regulatory, Purchase and Marketing teams.
- Support pilot-scale production, technology transfer and troubleshooting.
- Keep updated with new ingredients, technologies and market trends.
