Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Content Production to take ownership of the overall production coordination process across multiple digital-content projects.

This is a hands-on content operations role, requiring strong experience managing production calendars, coordinating creative teams, tracking deliverables and ensuring that content is published according to schedule.

The successful candidate will work directly with the Founder and coordinate with editors, AI-content creators and other production resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the overall content-production calendar and weekly production slate.
- Plan and circulate the upcoming week's production schedule.
- Coordinate multiple content streams and production deadlines.
- Manage daily production tracking from brief through final publication.
- Maintain a central tracker covering:
- Content title
- Owner
- Deadline
- Production status
- Review status
- Publishing status
- Published link
- Conduct daily production stand-ups.
- Proactively follow up with content creators and editors.
- Identify bottlenecks and resolve or escalate them before deadlines are missed.
- Coordinate Founder reviews and consolidate feedback.
- Coordinate voiceover requirements and external resources where required.
- Manage Google Drive folders, production assets and access requirements.
- Maintain tool-access and licence records.
- Coordinate YouTube and Instagram publishing windows.
- Ensure captions, disclaimers, thumbnails and publishing requirements are completed.
- Monitor initial 48-hour content performance and maintain performance records.
- Prepare weekly production reports for the Founder.
- Prepare monthly KPI/production reports.
- Track production efficiency, delays and recurring issues.
- Improve production workflows and documentation where required.
- Ensure the team maintains the required weekly production cadence.
- Act as the central coordination point between the Founder and production team.

Required Experience & Skills

- 5+ years of experience in project management,



content operations, production management or digital media.
- Strong experience managing YouTube or short-form content production calendars.
- Proven experience coordinating creative/editorial teams.
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Drive and WhatsApp.
- Working knowledge of YouTube Studio and publishing workflows.
- Solid understanding of digital content-production processes.
- Excellent project-tracking and deadline-management skills.
- Strong escalation and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a hands-on production leader/coordinator, not a conventional corporate PMO professional.

You should be someone who can look at a production tracker and immediately identify:

- What is due today
- What is delayed
- Who is holding the next step
- What needs Founder approval
- What can still be published
- What needs escalation

You must be comfortable chasing deliverables without creating unnecessary friction.

Important

This role does not involve hiring team members, creating new channels or making Founder-level business decisions.

The Project Manager coordinates the production team and ensures execution against the agreed slate. The Founder retains final decision-making authority.

Candidates should not expect to build a team under themselves as part of this role.
