Working Hours 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days 6 days a week (1 rotational week off — not on weekends)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Medical Reporting Intern to support our healthcare reporting

operations. This internship offers practical exposure to medical reporting processes, data management, report

coordination, and healthcare operations.

The ideal candidate has positive attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn healthcare

reporting processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in preparing and allocating diagnostic reports to doctors accurately and within defined timelines
- Support the team in preparing and maintaining manual reports as per operational requirements
- Handle system-generated reports and ensure data accuracy
- Maintain reporting records using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets




- Review reports for accuracy and help minimize errors before submission
- Coordinate with hospitals, diagnostic centres, and imaging centres for report management and data updates
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and healthcare-related information
- Support the operations team with reporting-related activities and process improvements
- Ensure timely completion of assigned reporting tasks

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Willingness to learn healthcare reporting processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

ELIGIBILITY

- Graduate in any discipline, or candidates currently pursuing a relevant course
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Prior exposure to hospitals, diagnostic centres, or healthcare operations is an added advantage
