Key Responsibilities

* Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, eligibility, fees, and

admission procedures.

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, enquiries, leads, and walk-ins.

* Understand students' interests and recommend suitable design programs.

* Explain INSD courses, curriculum, career opportunities, and admission process effectively.

* Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

* Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM/Excel.

* Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

* Coordinate and assist students during the admission and enrolment process.

* Build strong relationships with students and parents.

* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.

* Coordinate with academic, marketing, and centre teams for smooth admissions.

* Participate in counselling sessions, events, seminars,



and student engagement activities

when required.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.

* Good command of **English and Hindi**.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students and parents,

understanding their career aspirations, explaining suitable courses, handling leads, and

converting enquiries into admissions.
