Duty: 8-hour day shift / 12-hour night shift

Job Summary

We are looking for compassionate and responsible Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to provide personal care and day-to-day support to elderly and dependent individuals. The role involves assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition, comfort and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist residents with bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, grooming and toileting.
- Support residents with diaper changes and other personal care needs.
- Assist with positioning, turning and transferring from bed to chair/wheelchair.
- Support residents with walking and mobility activities.
- Serve meals and assist with feeding as required.
- Ensure residents remain hydrated and comfortable.
- Observe and report any changes in the resident’s physical or emotional condition to the nursing team.
- Maintain basic care, feeding and other relevant records.




- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around residents and their surroundings.
- Follow infection control and safety practices.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly residents.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and immediately inform the nursing/clinical team.

Candidate Requirements

- 10th Pass or above
- Freshers can apply
- Previous experience in patient care, elderly care, hospital support or caregiving will be an advantage
- GDA / Caregiving qualification is not mandatory
- Physically fit and comfortable assisting elderly/dependent individuals
- Patient, compassionate and responsible
- Valuable communication skills and willingness to work as part of a care team

Preferred: Candidates with experience as a caregiver, patient care assistant, nursing assistant, hospital attendant, ward attendant or in elderly/senior care are welcome to apply.

Work Location: Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
