Job Description – Sales Partner

Location: Chanchal, Samsi, Ratua, Gazole, Kaliyachak, Manikchak, Raiganj, Balurghat, Malda

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field visits, local marketing and customer references.

Meet residential, commercial and industrial customers and explain rooftop solar solutions.

Understand customer electricity bills and recommend suitable solar capacity.

Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects until booking.

Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for site surveys and installations.

Maintain customer and sales updates.

Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

Requirements:

12th / Graduate preferred.





Sales/field marketing experience preferred; freshers can also apply.

Valuable communication and convincing skills.

Willingness to travel locally/long-distance for sales activities.

Basic knowledge of solar is an advantage.

Compensation: Salary + Performance Incentives
