- Branch & Field Audits: Conduct periodic physical and operational audits across assigned retail, microfinance, or fincorp branch locations.
- Loan Portfolio & KYC Verification: Inspect borrower files, loan documentation, collateral checks, and KYC records to verify regulatory compliance and prevent fraudulent originations.
- Cash & Register Management: Perform surprise physical cash counts at branch counters, verify daily collection entries, and reconcile branch bank accounts against general ledger balances.
- Process & Internal Controls Testing: Evaluate adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across gold loans, vehicle financing, personal loans, or group lending operations.
- Collection & Field Recovery Audit: Cross-verify field collections, loan recovery receipts, and customer payment registers directly through random field/customer visits.
- Audit Reporting:



Draft detailed audit observation reports detailing operational lapses, cash discrepancies, and control weaknesses with clear risk ratings.
- CAPA & Compliance Tracking: Track Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) implementation by branch managers to ensure timely closure of past audit queries.
- Fraud Detection & Investigation: Identify red flags, cash misallocations, or process deviations and assist senior audit leadership in special fraud investigations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
