We are looking for a responsible and proactive Production Coordinator who can effectively coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and timely production.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Store, Production, Quality & Assembly departments.
- Attend Daily Production Meeting to get Reports :- Purchase to store, Store to Machine Shop , WIP to QC, QC to Store, Store to assembly, Assembly to testing & Packing Reports
- These reports to be fed on the digital dashboard.
- Digitizing the test reports and timing sheets.
- Generating the required Purchase orders as per instructions and follow up of the same.

Candidate Profile

- Person with secretarial background 3-4 Years experience preferably in Manufacturing/engineering industry.




- Good communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Typing speed 35-40 wpm.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn and work on ERP software.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Should be responsible, disciplined and proactive.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
