About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager (India Region) to act as our local HR Head, HRBP, and Organizational Architect. This is not purely a talent acquisition or administrative role. Your primary mission is to partner with business leaders to scale our local operational team from 50 to 100+ employees smoothly. You will establish a robust talent pipeline, driving employee retention, performance management, and cross-cultural integration while serving as a crucial bridge between our regional operations and global headquarters.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the full-cycle recruitment for management roles as well as volume hires across Customer Operations, Telesales, VIP Retention, and Business Development (BD). Build and maintain a strong local talent pool.
- Collaborate closely with business heads to design organizational structures, define KPIs, execute performance appraisals, and implement employee improvement plans to drive retention and team productivity.
- Build proactive retention strategies, employee care initiatives, and feedback channels.



Identify and resolve cross-cultural communication bottlenecks and potential workforce risks early.
- Develop and standardize HR policies (onboarding/offboarding, attendance, compensation/benefits, and grievance handling) in strict alignment with Indian labor laws and local market practices.

About you

- 6–10 years of progressive HR experience
- Prior experience in BPO, Call Centers, Fintech, E-Commerce, or high-growth multinational/cross-border enterprises is highly preferred
- Proven track record of building HR processes and policies from 0 to 1
- Excellent business acumen and analytical skills (recruitment funnel analysis)
- Proficiency in drafting English management reports
- Professional English fluency as a primary working language
- Robust proficiency in Hindi and/or Bengali is a major plus
- Basic Mandarin is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth internet environment with strict adherence to compliance standards and local regulatory frameworks

Pay: ₹15,645.94 - ₹54,628.65 per month
