Aspira Innovative Learning is looking for candidates who has 0 to 3 years of experience for Admission Counsellor role.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Counselling & Career Guidance for Interested Students / Parents
- Explain the course and its benefits.
- Speak to Students and their Parents by Tele Calling and in Person
- Handling Enquirie and maintain the database.
- Follow-up calls for admissions
- Update the feedback for each enquiry.
- Report counselling activities on weekly basis and also in demand basis.
- Ensure the admission.
- Follow-up course fee and ensure the fee is deposited on account.
- Achieve monthly targets in admissions.

Qualification & Skills

- Good Communications skills with better understanding of Students.
- Experience in tele calling and counseling are preferred.
- Having prior experience in the Education Industry is an advantage.




- A minimum of 1 years of experience in sales & tele calling.
- Robust problem solving ability
- A positive attitude and a quick leaner.

Language preferred:
Tamil (Most preferrable)
English (Most Preferrable)
Kannada (Added Advantage)
Hindi (Added Advantage)
