Business Development Executive (BDE)Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, understanding their career goals, explaining our training and placement services, and converting interested candidates into clients.

This role combines business development, candidate consulting, relationship management, and sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a confident approach, and the ability to understand and guide job seekers based on their career requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Understand candidates’ educational and professional backgrounds, career goals, experience, and career gaps where applicable.
- Communicate with candidates to understand their requirements and recommend relevant services.
- Explain our services, including resume creation, technical training, resume marketing, mock interviews, placement support, and job assistance.
- Build strong relationships with prospective candidates through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Handle candidate queries and provide accurate information about the services and onboarding process.
- Follow up consistently with interested candidates and convert qualified leads into clients.
- Coordinate with internal training, marketing, and placement teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and follow-up details using Excel, CRM, or Google Sheets.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, Zoom, and other communication channels.

Requirements

- 6 months – 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, Counseling,



or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Excellent English communication skills with a confident and professional approach.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand candidates’ career requirements and communicate solutions effectively.
- Basic understanding of IT roles such as Java, Python, QA, Business Analyst, etc. will be an advantage.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates over phone calls, WhatsApp, and Zoom.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, disciplined, and organized.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with internal teams.

- Shift: Night Shift Only
- Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Work Location: In Person

- Cab Facility: One-side cab facility available for female employees.
