Job Description – Purchase + Billing Engineer

Position: Purchase + Billing Engineer
Experience: 3–4 Years
Location: lUCKNOW
CTC: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Handle purchase and procurement of construction materials.
- Identify vendors, collect quotations and negotiate rates.
- Prepare comparative statements and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with vendors, site teams and stores for timely material delivery.
- Prepare and verify client/vendor bills, BOQs, measurements and quantity calculations.
- Check bills against work completed, BOQ and agreed rates.
- Maintain purchase, billing and material records.
- Coordinate with site and accounts teams for billing and payment processes.

Candidate Requirements





- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Purchase + Billing.
- Residential Building/Construction experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, BOQ and billing processes.
- Solid vendor negotiation and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and construction billing software/tools.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Only candidates with relevant residential construction experience will be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
