Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and hardworking Telecallers to join our team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects
- Explain company services/products clearly
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Follow up on leads and appointments
- Maintain customer records and call details
- Achieve daily and weekly targets

Requirements:

- Valuable communication skills in English, Telugu, or Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: Based on experience + incentives
