Job Summary

Sonne Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise civil construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction and site execution activities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site requirements.
- Ensure construction work meets required quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Maintain daily site reports,



progress updates, measurements, and documentation.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure proper execution of works.
- Follow project safety procedures and maintain a safe working setting.
- Report project progress and site issues to the Project Manager.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant civil construction/site experience.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to understand and work with construction drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Chennai.

Salary

₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
