Hiring: Sales & CRM Associate / Coordinator (Real Estate – Residential)

We are looking for a sharp, articulate, and organized individual to manage telesales outreach, broker relations, and apartment sales documentation for a boutique 56-apartment residential project.

This role drives lead engagement from day one through to booking paperwork and on-site client experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Direct Calling & Lead Follow-ups: Call prospects from provided databases, introduce project highlights, qualify intent, and secure qualified site visits.

* Broker & Channel Partner Liaison: Connect directly with local brokers and CPs, provide project inventory updates, coordinate broker walk-ins, and track commissions/registrations.

* Client Experience & Site Visits: Meet prospective buyers visiting the sales office, present sample unit/project details clearly, and maintain professional post-visit follow-ups.

* Data & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain daily call logs, update lead stages, track follow-up dates, and keep sales trackers clean and structured in spreadsheets/CRM.





* Booking & Apartment Documentation: Issue cost sheets, assist buyers with booking forms, prepare basic allotment letters, and coordinate payment milestone documentation.

Candidate Requirements

* Experience: 1–3 years in real estate telesales, pre-sales, sales coordination, or customer handling.

* Communication: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with a confident telephone manner and qualified client presence.

* Network Handling: Comfort working directly with independent brokers and channel partners to keep our project top-of-mind.

* Documentation Skills: High attention to detail with booking paperwork, application forms, payment schedules, and client records.

* Tech Basics: Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
