KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer onboarding and ongoing support.
- Act as the primary contact for customer queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Track orders and ensure smooth delivery to customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and identify growth opportunities.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
- 0–2 years in Customer Success, Customer Service, or Account Management. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
SKILLS
- Excellent communication and relationship management. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
