NOC ANALYST

Job Summary:

We are looking for an operations-minded technology professional, not simply a monitoring resource.

Comfortable taking ownership of an incident from detection through escalation and handoff.

Able to recognize the difference between an alert and a meaningful business-impacting event.

Comfortable operating in a high-pressure incident environment.

Able to learn from documentation, previous incidents, and technical teams and turn that knowledge into practical working capability.

Someone who naturally documents what they learn and improves playbooks and operational documentation.

Technical Skills & Experience

Candidates do not need to be senior engineers, but they need enough technical foundation to understand what they are seeing and communicate intelligently with engineering and support teams.

Required / Strongly Preferred

Experience in a 24x7 NOC, operations, production support, or similar environment.

Experience monitoring critical production systems.

Experience with incident triage and escalation.

Experience participating in or coordinating major incident bridges.





Cloud technology experience; GCP/GKE preferred.

Application and infrastructure monitoring experience.

Experience working with logs and monitoring data.

Understanding of basic application, infrastructure, and network concepts.

Ability to correlate information across multiple monitoring systems.

Experience with enterprise alerting and monitoring platforms.

Experience with the following is highly valuable:

Google Cloud Platform / GKE

AppDynamics or similar APM platforms

Splunk or similar log-management platforms

SolarWinds or similar infrastructure/network monitoring

Jira / Jira Service Management

OpsGenie or similar alerting/on-call platforms

Kubernetes

API/service monitoring

Production application support

Incident Management & Operational Skills

Analysts should be capable of:

Monitoring and investigating alerts.

Determining potential business impact.

Prioritizing events appropriately.

Escalating to the correct technical resources.

Initiating and coordinating incident bridges.

Communicating with both leadership and technical teams.

Maintaining an accurate incident timeline.

Following up when an escalation is not acknowledged.

Continuing to monitor an incident after escalation.

Providing effective shift handoffs.

Creating and maintaining accurate incident documentation.

Updating playbooks and knowledge documentation when recent information is learned.

Pay: ₹1,950,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
