ABOUT THE ROLE

Good Old Delight (GOD) is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who can independently plan and execute influencer campaigns for real estate brands.

The role requires someone who understands influencers, content, social media and campaign execution — and can manage campaigns from brief to final reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns for real estate clients.
- Understand client briefs and convert them into influencer strategies.
- Identify suitable influencers based on audience, location, content and campaign objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and creator communities.
- Handle influencer communication, negotiations and commercials.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and approvals.
- Coordinate with clients, influencers and internal creative teams.
- Monitor content quality and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Research new influencers, content formats and emerging trends.
- Support the Business Head in new business pitches and campaign proposals.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR





- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing or social media.
- Experience handling influencer campaigns from end to end.
- Real estate experience will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and creator ecosystems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good organisational and project-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media content and trends.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency workplace.
