Have positive knowledge on execution of Electrical, Plumbing and fire fighting works
Experience of working on field for 5-8 years at least.
Able to coordinate with civil team and trade contractors and ensuring there is front for both of them
Able to check the material received against material ordered
Able to get the maintenance, infra works and temporary connections ensured on site.
Able to certify the work done for the contractors and submitting it to QS in site and HO.
Ensuring quality work is executed by the man power.
Pay: ₹326,753.91 - ₹500,000.00 per year
