We are looking for a QA Tester / Client Communication Executive who has basic knowledge of software testing along with good communication skills.

This chance is suitable for QA / Software Testing freshers who want to gain practical exposure to technology, client communication, requirement understanding and real-world IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform basic functional testing of websites, web applications and mobile applications.
- Understand application features, user flows and requirements.
- Identify, document and report bugs clearly.
- Prepare basic test cases and testing reports.
- Understand client requirements and feedback.
- Communicate with clients professionally through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with developers and the internal team.
- Understand business requirements and assist with requirement analysis.
- Maintain proper records of testing, requirements and client communication.
- Learn about IT services, software solutions and business processes.
- Support client follow-ups and business communication activities.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Software Testing / QA / Manual Testing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Basic understanding of websites, mobile applications and software.




- Ability to understand requirements and explain them clearly.
- Good listening and learning skills.
- Comfortable communicating with clients.
- Gujarati, Hindi and English communication skills will be an advantage.
