We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Senior Solar Technician / Installer to join our project team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise solar PV installation and commissioning projects.
- Install and inspect solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, cables, earthing, and protection systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and technical issues at project sites.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and system troubleshooting.
- Guide and supervise junior technicians and installation teams.
- Install and commission solar PV systems as per project requirements.
- Plan and execute assigned solar projects within the given deadlines.
- Identify and resolve technical issues at project sites.
- Ensure proper safety procedures and quality standards are followed.
- Explain solar system functionality and services to customers when required.
- Coordinate with project teams, electricians, and customers at site.




- Prepare basic installation/service reports and update project status.
- Travel across Odisha for project installation and service work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in solar installation/maintenance.
- Good knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical wiring.
- Ability to read basic electrical diagrams.
- Knowledge of inverter, battery, earthing, and protection systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a valid 2-wheeler and driving licence.
- Willingness to travel across Odisha.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
