JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager with strong hands-on experience in plastic injection moulding to lead the quality function, ensure product and process quality, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage the Quality Department for plastic injection moulding operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, procedures, and inspection standards.
- Monitor incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, drawings, standards, and quality requirements.
- Handle plastic injection moulding defects such as short moulding, flash, sink marks, warpage, burn marks, weld lines, flow marks, and dimensional variations.

Pay: ₹55,489.80 - ₹69,642.88 per month
