SALARY: Up to ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and company standards

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and supervise Telecollection/Collection Executives. The candidate must have hands-on experience in the Telecollection process, strong team-handling skills, and the ability to drive collection targets and operational performance.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- 1–2 years of experience in Team Leader or Team Handling role.
- Telecollection experience is mandatory.
- BPO/Collection process experience is required.
- Telugu OR Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
- Experience managing Telecollection/Collection Executives.
- Robust knowledge of collection KPIs and recovery operations.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, team management and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and supervise Telecollection/Collection Executives.
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly collection targets.
- Monitor KPIs including PTP,



PTP Conversion, RPC, Collection %, Productivity, AHT, Quality and Attendance.
- Conduct daily team huddles and performance reviews.
- Monitor customer calls and provide coaching and feedback.
- Handle customer escalations and difficult collection cases.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending payments and broken PTPs.
- Identify underperforming employees and support Performance Improvement Plans.
- Ensure SLA, quality, compliance and process guidelines are followed.
- Analyze MIS reports and identify performance gaps.
- Coordinate with Operations, Quality, MIS, HR and Training teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of collection activities.
- Motivate the team to improve productivity, collection efficiency and recovery rates.
- Ensure professional and compliant communication with customers.
