We are looking for a highly technical Workday Integration Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Studio and Payroll Integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting complex, mission-critical integrations between Workday and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy complex Workday Studio integrations from scratch.
- Build end-to-end integrations involving complex business logic, error handling, and multi-component orchestration.
- Implement and support PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and PICOF integrations for global payroll providers.
- Develop complex data transformations and mappings using XSLT, XML, and XPath.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and ensure reliable data exchange between Workday and external systems.
- Collaborate with functional, payroll, and technical teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.





Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio.
- Proven experience with PECI and PICOF payroll integrations.
- Advanced knowledge of XSLT, XML, and XPath.
- Experience developing complex Workday integrations from scratch.
- Strong troubleshooting and integration error-handling skills.
- Good understanding of global payroll integration processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
