Key Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in apparel merchandising with a strong background in export houses.
- Expertise in TNA, costing,Buyer ,Communication and deep knowledge of woven fabrics.
- Proven ability to manage costing, negotiate with suppliers, and work effectively with international buyers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile, or a related field.
- Expertly handle TNA (Time and Action Plan) to ensure production milestones are met and orders are delivered on time.
- Oversee the costing process, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
- Source and manage woven fabric selection,



ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with production teams, suppliers, and factories to ensure smooth order processing.
- Ensure adherence to international quality standards and buyer specifications.
- Provide solutions to production-related challenges and maintain seamless order flow.
- Regularly communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure transparency and alignment on all orders.
