- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and within defined timelines.
- Follow up with customers regarding requests, services, payments, or feedback.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Inform customers about relevant products, services, offers, and updates.
Pay: ₹26,555.24 - ₹34,636.91 per month
