The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of the CSR project in alignment with approved objectives, timelines, and budgets. The role ensures effective coordination between donors, implementation teams, trainers, institutions, and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and implementation as per the approved CSR proposal and logical framework.
- Coordinate with corporate CSR teams, KSH, communities, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress against milestones, outputs, and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, CSR guidelines, ESG frameworks, and SDG alignment.
- Oversee budget utilization, documentation, and fund utilization reporting.
- Supervise trainers and field teams; ensure quality delivery of training and activities.
- Conduct regular field visits, reviews, and risk mitigation.
- Prepare periodic progress reports, impact assessments,
case studies, and final completion reports.
Ensure sustainability planning and smooth exit strategy as defined in the proposal.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with institutions and employers
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Time management and reporting abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Social work, MBA, master’s degree in education, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in academic project management or a similar role.
- Experience in eLearning, curriculum development, or instructional design is a plus.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
