ABOUT THE HEALING WIZ

The Healing Wiz is a fast-growing transformation and healing organisation. Our flagship KHW Healing Workshop runs monthly and is the core engine of our growth, targeting 1500+ registrations and Rs. 1 Cr+ in revenue per cycle. We are building a founder-independent operating system, and the Operations and HR Head is central to making that vision a reality.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Operations and HR Head is responsible for the smooth, disciplined functioning of the entire organisation. You will oversee Operations, Finance, and HR — ensuring every department runs with clarity, accountability, and consistency. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will be the operational backbone of the business, translating strategy into execution and removing founder dependency from day-to-day decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the operational health of the organisation across Operations, Finance, HR, and Delivery departments.
- Ensure all departments have clear KPIs, processes, and accountability structures in place.
- Lead and develop department heads and managers, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Drive execution of the monthly workshop cycle — ensuring all pre-workshop, during-workshop, and post-workshop operations are delivered flawlessly.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement systems to eliminate them.
- Oversee financial health monitoring, working closely with the Finance Executive.
- Manage hiring and onboarding in collaboration with the HR team.
- Maintain and improve internal documentation, SOPs, and workflow systems.




- Work alongside the VP of Sales & Marketing to ensure alignment between delivery capacity and revenue targets.
- Report operational performance to the Founder with clarity and data-driven insights.

- Operational task completion rate across all departments.
- Workshop execution quality and on-time delivery.
- Team performance and departmental KPI achievement.
- Financial health and budget adherence.
- Hiring and onboarding efficiency.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 6+ years of experience in operations, business management, or a senior leadership role.
- Experience in edtech, wellness, coaching, or high-ticket B2C businesses preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build systems, manage teams, and drive execution at scale.
- Strong financial acumen — ability to read P&L;, manage budgets, and track cash flow.
- Highly organised, process-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity in a scaling startup.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a bias for accountability.
- Alignment with the mission of The Healing Wiz is a strong plus.
