Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across business operations.
Corporate Governance: Advise executive leadership and the board on governance, compliance, and corporate policies.
Contract & Transaction Oversight: Review, vet, and negotiate high-value commercial contracts, partnerships, or mergers.
Litigation Management: Manage external counsel and oversee active disputes, arbitrations, or legal claims.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
