MIS Executive – Personal Loan Operations

Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
Location: Mumbai

We are looking for an MIS Executive to handle back-office operations and MIS for our Personal Loan business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update loan and customer records.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Track EMI dues, collections and overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Accounts and Collections teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.
- Assist with credit bureau updates and loan servicing activities.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely correction.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; Commerce/Finance preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Filters).
- Good numerical and analytical ability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Freshers with strong Excel skills are welcome.




- Prior NBFC/Banking/Personal Loan experience is an advantage.
- Exposure to AI tools preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
