Seeking Retired Civil Servant / Senior Bureaucrat in Lucknow.

We are looking to associate with an experienced retired civil servant/bureaucrat based in Lucknow as a Mentor & Mock Interview Panelist for our UPPSC and Civil Services interview preparation programme.

This is an chance for a senior administrator to share their experience, insights and practical understanding of public administration with the next generation of civil service aspirants.

Key responsibilities:

- Conduct UPPSC mock interviews and provide structured feedback to candidates.
- Mentor aspirants on interview strategy, personality development, communication and administrative perspective.
- Share practical insights from your experience in government and public administration.
- Guide students on professional conduct, situational questions and the expectations of a civil services interview.
- Contribute to the development of a high-quality interview preparation programme.

We are particularly interested in:





- Retired IAS / PCS / IPS / IFS or other senior government officers.
- Officers with substantial administrative or public-service experience.
- Individuals who enjoy teaching, mentoring and interacting with young aspirants.
- Candidates who are currently based in Lucknow and can participate in in-person sessions.

Engagement: Part-time / Guest Faculty / Panel Member
Location: Lucknow
Remuneration: Honorarium/consultancy fee, to be discussed based on experience and engagement.
