Inspection & Quality Control
- Inspect new two-wheelers according to brand-specific OEM checklists.
- Check critical mechanical and electrical systems, including brakes, clutch, engine performance, lights, horn, wiring, and battery health.
- Examine the exterior body for cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or paint flaws.
- Verify chassis and engine numbers against official dispatch invoices and stock registers.
Vehicle Preparation & Accessory Fitment
- Supervise the washing, cleaning, and polishing of vehicles to ensure showroom-ready aesthetic standards.
- Oversee the proper installation of standard or customer-requested accessories (such as side guards, mirrors, floor mats, or seat covers).
- Ensure basic setup tasks are finished, including filling initial fuel and setting tire pressure.
Defect Rectification & Coordination
- Report any transit damages or manufacturing defects immediately to management or the workshop service team.
- Coordinate with technicians to get identified issues repaired or adjusted.
- Re-inspect vehicles after repair work to confirm complete resolution before delivery.
- Work closely with the sales team to prioritize vehicle readiness based on customer delivery commitments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a two-wheeler workshop or dealership PDI environment.
- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of two-wheeler mechanical and electrical assemblies.
- Soft Skills: Good team handling, time management, and inter-departmental communication.
- License: A valid two-wheeler driving license is required for testing vehicles.

Location: Kollam Kadappakada.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
