We are looking for an experienced SR HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, training, and employee engagement in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and interview candidates via job portals (bulk & contract hiring)
- Conduct telephonic and video interviews; assess English communication skills
- Handle salary negotiations, onboarding, and training for new joiners
- Manage appraisals, employee meetings, and HR notices
- Oversee payroll, salary processing, and employee queries
- Manage PF, ESI, and ensure labor law compliance
- Prepare PPTs for training and recruitment programs
- Train and guide HR assistants

Required Skills & Experience





- Proven experience as an SR HR Executive (Manufacturing experience preferred)
- Solid English communication & presentation skills
- Good knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll, and labor laws
- Proficient in HR software / HRMS
- Strong leadership and people management skills
