We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Helper to join our machine manufacturing workshop. The candidate should have basic knowledge of welding, grinding, and drilling operations and be willing to learn and assist in daily workshop activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in machine manufacturing and fabrication work.
- Perform basic welding work.
- Operate grinding machines and carry out grinding activities.
- Perform drilling operations using drilling machines.
- Assist senior workers in assembly, fitting, and machine production.
- Handle workshop tools and materials safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow workshop safety procedures.
- Support the team in completing production targets.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of welding, grinding, and drilling.




- Ability to use basic workshop tools.
- Hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing workshop.
- Good teamwork and discipline.

Qualification

- Minimum 12th Pass.
- ITI or technical training is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers with basic practical knowledge may apply.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on workshop experience are welcome.
