- Mandatory call centre experience with a strong understanding of outbound/inbound operations, quality, and compliance.
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of 15–20 members for a considerable period, including coaching, performance management, and rostering.
- Robust command of Microsoft Excel (reporting, dashboards, MIS, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, achieve/exceed targets, and improve conversion and productivity.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
