Key Responsibility:

- Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in the accounting system.
- Handle purchase invoices, sales invoices, expenses, receipts, and payment entries.
- Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before recording transactions.
- Maintain proper records of café purchases, expenses, petty cash, and operational payments.
- Reconcile daily cash collections with sales reports and cash deposits.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor and supplier accounts and reconcile outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Store Departments regarding purchase invoices and supporting documents.
- Assist in processing vendor payments as per approved payment schedules.
- Maintain customer receivables and follow up on outstanding balances where required.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly,



and monthly accounting reports.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and preparation of financial statements.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work as assigned.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
- Monitor petty cash transactions and ensure proper supporting documents are available.
- Check expense claims and verify them against company policies.
- Assist in payroll-related accounting and salary records when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee-related information.
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, banks, and vendors whenever required.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and report them to the reporting manager.
- Ensure accounting records are updated accurately and within the required timelines.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
