Job Purpose
Engage regularly with Imperia customers to provide a consistent and superior digital experience. Meet scorecard targets and portfolio benchmarks while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Engage with 500-600 portfolio customers as per contact policy.
Promote digital banking services for superior customer experience.
Deepen relationships by cross-selling products like Demat, Bill Pay, and Advisory.
Monitor large account movements and ensure customer retention.
Achievement of Portfolio Parameters
Meet portfolio objectives and cross-sell products based on profiling.
Drive sales across TPP, Assets, and Cards segments.
Track FD maturity and CASA balance movements to prevent outflows.
Generate income at the customer level.
Interaction Quality
Achieve defined quality benchmarks.
Accurately capture call interactions and customer profiling.
Audit and Service Quality
Follow all systems and processes as per audit guidelines.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial transactions.
Update customer interactions in CRM systems.
MIS - Reporting
Submit customer base reviews and reports as requested by senior management.
