Salary: ₹12,000–₹15000 per month + Incentives Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our aesthetic clinic. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with potential and existing clients, explaining clinic services, generating leads, following up with enquiries, and scheduling appointments. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients and leads. - Explain aesthetic, skin, hair, laser, and cosmetic treatment services in a clear and professional manner. - Follow up with leads generated through social media, website, advertisements, and referrals. - Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations and treatments. - Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients. - Answer basic queries regarding services, appointments, and clinic procedures. - Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments. - Coordinate with the reception and clinic team regarding appointments.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and appointment targets. - Provide a polite, qualified, and positive customer experience. Requirements - Good communication skills in Hindi and English. - Confident and pleasant telephone manner. - Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records. - Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, healthcare, beauty, or aesthetic clinics will be an advantage. - Fresher candidates with good communication skills can also apply. - Target-oriented and comfortable working with incentives.
