Eligibility Criteria

- Ph.D. from a reputable institute
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience
- Minimum 3 publications in Scopus / ABDC / ABS indexed journals
- Evidence of recent and consistent academic engagement Associate Professor
- Ph.D. from a reputable institute
- Minimum 8 years teaching experience, including 5 years post-Ph.D.




- Minimum 7 publications in Scopus / ABDC / ABS indexed journals
- At least 1 publication in ABDC A / A / B category*
- Strong research continuity and academic contribution

Preferred Attributes

- Active involvement in research, doctoral mentoring, and project funding
- Engagement through editorial roles, awards, speaker invitations, or academic associations
- Industry collaboration, consultancy, or case writing contributions
- Ability to deliver engaging, inclusive, and technology-enabled teaching
- Strong student mentoring orientation and teamwork mindset
