Job Summary:

The Campus Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, administration, and overall management of school campuses. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to coordinate with staff & substaff, students, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and a positive school workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage the overall operations of the school campus.

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

· Coordinate with school leadership, teachers, staff and substaff to foster a productive environment.

· Oversee substaff discipline.

· Manage administrative tasks including budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement.

· Implement and monitor school policies and procedures.

· Liaise with parents and the community to maintain strong relationships.

· Drive initiatives for school improvement, extracurricular activities, and student engagement.

· Handle sbu-staff recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.





· Ensure the campus maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and infrastructure.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or related field preferred.

Proven experience (3+ years) in school administration, campus management, or a similar role.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance related to private schools.

Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and resolve issues effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and school management software.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience working with private schools in Hyderabad or similar urban settings.

Familiarity with modern educational trends and administration.

Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
