We are looking for an experienced QC Lead to manage quality control across Apparel, Textiles, Home Décor, Bags, Gifts, Jewellery Boxes, Beauty & Wellness products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead QC team and inspection activities
* Manage supplier quality, audits & CAPA
* Implement AQL, SOPs & QC standards
* Coordinate with suppliers and international teams (USA, UK & Germany)
* Monitor defects, rejection rates & supplier KPIs
* Ensure product, packaging & labeling compliance
Experience: 8–15 years in QC/QA, preferably in export houses, sourcing companies or buying offices.
Skills: Apparel & hardgoods QC, AQL, supplier management, MS Excel & strong leadership.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
