We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineering graduates to join our transformer manufacturing operations as Graduate Engineer Trainees. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience in transformer manufacturing, production processes, quality control, testing, maintenance, and engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in transformer manufacturing and assembly activities.
- Support production planning and shop-floor operations.
- Monitor fabrication, tank manufacturing, core assembly, and related mechanical processes.
- Participate in quality inspections and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Electrical, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
- Prepare production and quality reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Learn and implement manufacturing best practices and lean principles.
Desired Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of transformers, power systems, and electrical machines.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software is preferred.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, willingness to work in a manufacturing and testing setting.
