Experiences Biryani Master required to handle Biryani Veg & Non - Veg Pulao preparation for restaurant and banquet operations

Key Responsibilites

- Prepare chicken,Mutton and other Non-Veg Biryani
- Prepare Veg & Non - Veg Pualo Varieties
- Handle rice preparation, meat / Vegetable preparation, marination and masala
- Prepare biryani and pulao in bulk quantities for restaurant & banquet
- Maintain Consistent taste, quality and presentation
- Ensure proper cooking and rice and meat
- Control portion size and minimize food wastage
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper food storage
- Follow food safety standards and Hod instructions

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of Biryani and Pualo preparation
- Strong knowledge of rice, spices,



masala and meat prepartion
- Experience in Bulk cooking
- Ability to maintain consistent taste and quality
- Good teamwork and kitchen management
- knowledge of food hygiene and safety
- Experience 5 - 7 years preferred
