Job Summary

We are looking for a Research Analyst / Senior Research Analyst to support B2B lead generation and appointment-setting activities. The role involves researching target markets, connecting with business prospects, qualifying leads, and generating sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to B2B prospects in assigned markets.
- Understand and communicate client products and services effectively.
- Research companies and identify potential business opportunities.
- Connect with decision-makers and assess their business requirements.
- Qualify prospects and generate sales-qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with prospects and support lead-nurturing activities.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation and productivity targets.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of B2B lead generation,



appointment setting, inside sales, or business development experience.
- Must have knowledge/experience of SaaS products.
- Sales or business development experience preferred.
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes.

Work Schedule: 24x5 business environment; candidates should be comfortable working in shifts as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹20,052.83 - ₹70,000.00 per month
