Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele-caller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their property requirements, generating leads, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
- Explain property projects, locations, pricing, amenities, and offers to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Generate and qualify leads through regular follow-up calls.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer requirements, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.





Requirements

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, customer service, or real estate.
- Good communication skills; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work toward targets.
- Real estate or property sales experience will be an added advantage.
